These are developed and manufactured  to   suit  varied  industrial  temperature  and process indication and  control  applications where precise indicating and controlling accuracy.    

The Indicator series DPI-912 and DPI-902 offers Universal or fixed input of J, K or any other thermocouple, RTD(Pt-100) and 4-20mA linear signal. For temperature measurement 1oC/0.1oC Indicating accuracy is guaranteed using software linearization algorithm and with linearized retransmission output. Description:

Libratherm offers new PID controller, Model PID-480. This is designed and developed using the latest microcontroller chip and programmed with the time tested and field proven PID algorithm. PID controllers are mainly used for the precise process control. Unlike On/Off type of oscillatory control, PID control action gives smooth and steady state control. This model offer, all the useful features which are required to control the complex system.

This model accepts factory set single fixed input or the user selectable 4 universal inputs. The control action is user selectable as PID or On/Off for direct (Cool) or reverse(Heat) action. Control outputs are given in the form of optically isolated DC pulse to drive external SSR. The analog PID control output level can also be configured for (0-20) mA or (4-20)mA or (0-5) volt using the front panel key board. Analog output can be used to control heating through thyristor or proportional valve. Additional analog output can also be provided as retransmission output proportional to the process input. Two electromechanical relays are available, which can be used as High and Low alarms.

In brief, PID-480 provides 2 switching SSR output and 2 analog outputs with 2 alarm output. Various combinations of outputs are possible to meet end application. Both Auto and manual tuning of PID values makes the controller versatile and user friendly. The model PID-480 being small in size, can easily be accommodated in small size equipments.

Libratherm also offers customized algorithm for special purpose applications, where user or OEM wants to have control and logic action to suit their application.

PID-967 accepts universal single input. The control action is user selectable as PID or On/Off for both direct and reverse or Heat and Cool action. Control outputs are given in the form of optically isolated DC pulse to drive external SSR, Triac or AC SSR to operate AC operated load, electro mechanical relay and/or  linear analog output of 4-20mA,0-5V or 0-10VDC to drive external thyristor based power regulators.

Description:
Libratherm offers high quality and low cost, versatile microcontroller based Temperature/Process controller  model  DTC-903.  It  is  designed   to   suit  general   purpose  industrial  temperature  and process  control  applications  for  precise  and  accurate  measurement  and  control.  DTC-903  offers the  facility  to  use  it  as  heating  control  in  on-off  or  Time  proportional  P  +  I  mode  and  cooling control in On-Off mode.
DTC-903 accepts user selectable inputs from J or K type thermocouple or RTD (Pt-100) sensors or linear signal of 4-20mA.  Being microcontroller based  1oC  or 0.1oC  indicating accuracy is achieved by software linearization technique, where non- linear nature of thermocouple and RTD sensors is linearized for accurate indication. User can select the desired range of Pt-100 inputs.
Two independent set points are programmable over the full range of the selected  input. Each set point  can  also  be  configured  for  High  Alarm  (Internal  relay  turns  ON  when  actual  temperature value exceeds the set point), Low Alarm (Internal relay turns ON when actual temperature value is below the set point), Deviation Alarm (whenever the process value is outside the band, the relay turns ON) and OFF state (Where relays will not turn ON under any condition).   The control outputs are   optically   isolated   in   the   form   of   DC   pulse,   AC   SSR   (Triac)   or   electromechanical   relays. Retransmission  output  of  4-20mA  proportional  to  the  process  value  is  available  as  additional features. Whenever control action is not desired, user can configure DTC-903 as indicator only.

PID-8000 – 4/6/8 loop PID Controller for heating and cooling control.
Description

Libratherm offers ARM Processor-based one to eight loop PID Temperature Controller (Model PID-8000) for processes requiring multiple zones of heating or heating plus cooling control. It is most suitable for the difficult process, which results in frequent system disturbances, and applications where simultaneous and accurate temperature control of a number of heating/cooling zone is required. It also eliminates the need for a number of individual PID or ON/OFF Temperature Controllers thereby saves on cost. PID-8000 can accept max 8 similar type of Thermocouples or RTD (Pt-100) inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR Drivers for heating and cooling. It can also simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control Outputs in the form of (4-20mA) or (0-5) volt, which can be used to drive external SCR Heater Power Controller or other actuators. Open or Faulty sensor indications for each zone are also displayed with the respective Zone No. Each zone loop parameter like PID, SET, Hysteresis, Power Limit, and Ramp Time values can be independently programmed from the user-friendly front panel membrane keyboard.

The display scan rate is programmable from 1 to 99 seconds, whereas the internal control scanning is at the rate of 40mS. It also provides common High and Low alarm relay outputs, which can be used for external temperature-dependent, inter-locking, or audio-visual alarms. In brief, PID-8000 is as good as 8 independent PID controllers in a single enclosure, with the facility of different input per channel, different setpoint per channel, and different output per channel – a unique feature.
One of the serial interface RS-485 ports in Modbus protocol is available for the computer interface. The supporting window-based software allows the user to monitor the behavior of all the heating zones in both graphical and tabular form on a computer screen. 2nd RS485 port can be used for Master / Slave functions to cascade more than 1 and a maximum of 30 PID-8000 with each other.
Libratherm also supplies complete ready to use Temperature Control Panel using PID-8000 and other switchgear items and power controllers, which finds its applications in large heating systems having a number of sensors or number of heaters such as Plastic Extruders manufacturing pipes, sheets, etc, Plastic Injection for runner less molding, Tunnel Furnaces for annealing, large Ovens and similar heating systems for industrial use

Libratherm offers new improved version of PID controllers, Model PID-966. It is designed and developed using the latest microcontroller chip and programmed with the time tested and field proven PID algorithm. PID controllers are mainly used for the precise process control. Unlike On/Off type of oscillatory control, PID control action gives smooth and steady state control. These model offers, all the useful features which are required to control the complex system.

These models accept factory set single or dual fixed input or user selectable  single universal input. The control action is user selectable as PID or On/Off for both direct and reverse or Heat and Cool action. Control outputs are given in the form of optically isolated DC pulse to drive external SSR, Triac / AC SSR to operate AC operated load such as solenoid valve or electro mechanical relay. Libratherm offers new PID controller, Model PID-480. This is designed and developed using the latest microcontroller chip and programmed with the time-tested and field-proven PID algorithm. PID controllers are mainly used for the precise process control. Unlike On/Off type of oscillatory control, PID control action gives smooth and steady-state control. This model offer, all the useful features which are required to control the complex system.

This model accepts factory set single fixed input or the user selectable universal input. The control action is user selectable as PID or On/Off for both direct and reverse or Heat and Cool action. Control outputs are given in the form of optically isolated DC pulse to drive external SSR, Triac or AC SSR to operate AC operated load, electromechanical relay and/or linear analog output. The analog output levels can also be configured for (0-20)mA or (4-20)mA or (0-5) volt using the front panel keyboard.

In brief, PID-480 provides 2 switching outputs and 2 analog outputs. Both Auto and manual tuning of PID values makes the controller versatile and user-friendly. The model PID-480 being small in size, can easily be accommodated in small size equipment. One Ramp/Soak function allows user to gradually increase the set value and hold the process value for desired soak time.

Libratherm also offers customized algorithm for special purpose applications, where user or OEM wants to have control and logic action to suit their application.

Description:
Libratherm offers Microprocessor based one to eight loop PID Temperature Controller (Model PID-8000) for processes requiring multiple zones heating or heating plus cooling control.  It is most suitable for difficult process, which results in frequent system disturbances, and applications where simultaneous and accurate temperature control of number of heating/cooling zone is required. It also eliminates the need for number of individual PID or ON/OFF Temperature Controllers thereby saves on cost. PID-8000 can accept 8 similar type of Thermocouples or RTD (Pt-100) inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR Drivers for heating and cooling. It can also simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control Outputs in the form of (4-20mA) or (0-5) volt, which can be used to drive external SCR Heater Power Controller or other actuators. Open or Faulty sensor indications for each zone is also displayed with the respective Zone No. Each zone loop parameters like PID, SET, Hysterisis, Power Limit and Ramp Time values can be independently programmed from the user-friendly front panel membrane keyboard.

The display scan rate is programmable from 1 to 99 seconds, whereas the internal control scanning is at the rate of 100mS. It also provides common High and Low alarm relay outputs, which can be used for external temperature dependent, inter locking or audio-visual alarms. In brief, PID-8000 is as good as 8 independent PID controllers in a single enclosure, with facility of different input per channel, different set point per channel and different output per channel – a unique feature. 

The serial interface of RS-485 in Modbus protocol is also optionally available for computer interface. The supporting window based software allows user to monitor behavior all the heating zones in both graphical and tabular form.
