With maximum 4 parallel independent outputs signal isolator and converter din rail modules can provide single input.
Design Based on F/V and V/F linear circuit.
Input types DC input - RTD (Pt-100) / 2 or 3 wire or Thermocouple (All Types – type to be specified) or mV, mA input or Load cell, pressure sensor, pH/ORP sensor etc. generating DC current or voltage. AC input - Current (through external CT) (0-1)A or (0-5)A or Voltage (0-110)VAC or (0-230)VAC or 415VAC Frequency input DC levels of clock pulses of max. 10KHZ. @ (12-24)VDC
Range User may specify the required temperature range (for RTD or T/C input). For other inputs the required calibration range can be specified.
Output (4-20) mA, (0-20) mA, (0-1) VDC, (0-5) VDC, (0-10) VDC, Frequency (0-1)KHz, (0-5)KHz, (0-10)KHz etc. proportional to the specified input range. For current output, RL (max.) = 500 Ohms. For voltage output, RL (min) = 10K Ohms.
No. of Outputs Maximum 4 parallel independent outputs can be provided for single input.
Accuracy For Thermocouple and RTD Input, the calibration of output is done for the best straight line fit to give accuracy of +/- 0.5% of the range. For other input the linearity depends on the input signal, where output accuracy is absolute to the input.
Calibration On site calibration facility through ZERO and SPAN presets accessible to the user.
Isolation Input and Output are optically isolated for DC and frequency inputs and galvanically isolated for the AC inputs.
Isolation Voltage Greater than 2KV.
Mounting 35-mm. DIN rail mounting ABS enclosure.
Supply 90 -260 VAC, 50/60Hz or 24VDC @ 200mA

Two Wire Head Mount, Field Mount Isolated / Non Isolated Temperature Transmitter

The two wire temperature transmitter head mount, field mount isolated and non isolated temperature transmitter are built in red LED indicates the continuity status of the loop.
Input Thermocouple, mV, RTD (Pt-100) or resistance signal from displacement, position or level sensor.
Range Subject to specified input (User should specify the required range).
Output (4-20)mA, two wire and loop powered (calibrated linearly to the input signal).
Options for Output 3 wire version with (4-20) mA on 2mwire loop with separate supply ground can also be provided. 4 wire version with 2 wire for DC supply and 2 wire for (4-20) mA can also be provided.
Accuracy ± 0.5 % of the calibrated span or better including linearity, Hysterisis, and compensation error.
Calibration On site using ZERO / SPAN presets. Zero Adjustment - +/-25% of the range (20 Turns). Span Adjustment - +/- 25% of the range (20 Turns).
Loop supply 24VDC nominal (12 to 36)VDC.
Loop Status The built in Red LED indicates the continuity status of the loop.
Loop Resistance 600 Ohms @ 24VDC (loop supply dependent).
Max. Load Resistance RL Max = (Vs-12V) / 20 mA.
Isolation Input and Output are Galvanically isolated (2KV) for isolated models (LTX-3000/DI and LTX-3000/WI)
Burn Out Detection The output shall saturate > 20mA (max. 25mA @ 24VDC loop supply)

Design Microcontroller based (8 bit) with 12 bit ADC and 12 bit dual DAC
Input Sensor J,K,R,S,B thermocouple or RTD (Pt-100) or mV, mA signal
Range Full range of the selected input – desired measuring range can be specified by the user.
Accuracy Software linearized to +/-1°C for thermocouple input and +/-0.1°C for Pt-100 input. For other inputs – the accuracy is absolute to the input.
Supply Voltage 24VDC @ 200mA (12 to 36VDC)
Output 1 4-20mA proportional to the specified range of the user selected input or the specified input. (12 bit resolution). Isolated from Supply voltage
Output 2 4-20mA proportional to the specified range of the second specified input. (12 bit resolution). Isolated from Supply voltage (2nd output is available for two input model PTX-3000/TD
Loop Resistance RLmax = 150 Ohms with internal 5VDC supply and RLmax = 600 Ohms when external 24VDC is used – This 24VDC must be different from Supply voltage.
Display 4 digit each - 0.3” red seven segment LED. 4 digit each for two input models.
Connection 5 wire connection for supply and current output
