Our range of Micro-controller based PID Temperature and Process Controller are Dual heat/cool output in the form of DC pulse with direction control for motorized valves. Other features of this product are as follows -
Design High speed 8 bit microcontroller based with 12bit ADC/DAC
Temperature Sensor Input / Process Input Thermocouple type J, K, R, S, B, C, D or RTD(Pt-100) 2 or 3-wire input. DC voltage, (4 – 20)mA. (Fixed / Universal in nature and it is user selectable using key board in combination with DIP switch.

Temperature Range / Process Range Full range of the specified input type. For process input the range is programmable from 0 to 3500 count or -2000 to +2000 counts with the facility to select decimal point at 0.000, 00.00, 000.0 locations.
Accuracy Better than ± 0.1% of the specified range.
Resolution 0.1/1°C/unit
Sampling rate / Display rate 40mS / 1 second
Indicating Accuracy +/- 1°C for Thermocouple +/- 0.1°C for Pt-100 and for other inputs – absolute to the input signal.
Display 4 digits 0.5" /0.3” Red 7-segment display for process variable and Set Value.
Control Algorithm (User selectable) i) PID or ON/OFF selectable (when specified for switching output). Direct action or Reverse action (User selectable)
