Libratherm offers Environment Monitoring System THP-3003, micro-controller-based Temperature, Humidity, Differential Pressure Indicator cum Transmitter with 1” high digital display for long-distance visibility and 4-20mA retransmission outputs for T, Rh and DP each. Real-time clock and calendar are visible on demand through keyboard selection. These instruments are specially designed for monitoring and real-time data logging of cleanroom environmental conditions. Models are also available without a data logging facility i.e. without a real-time clock and built-in memory.
Digital interfaces such as RS-485 or Ethernet are integrated with the hardware to communicate with PC or PLC or HMI. All three types of indicators have built-in memory and a real-time clock to store the T+RH+DP values at regular and programmable time intervals. The stored data can be downloaded onto the computer via RS485 or LAN connection. Libratherm offers Windows-based PC software to monitor and store the data in a continuous or batch format for online or offline viewing and analysis in tabular or graphical format. The software allows users to prepare the batch report with desired fields such as product name, batch name, customer name, etc. The THP series has built-in flash memory to store real-time 20000 + records.
Respective sensors for T, RH, and DP are built-in to the same indicator, or alternately provision for external sensor/transmitter is available.
This Capacitive Hygrometer is housed in an elegant SS enclosure with a depth of just 30mm and hence can be easily concealed inside the PUF panels of the clean rooms. The front facia has slanted borders to prevent dust accumulation. All input and output cable connections are accessible from the top surface and DP connections are available through suitable nozzles on the bottom.
