The specification incorporated serves the every simple and critical process control applications of the industry. It accepts input from temperature sensors like thermocouple, RTD (Pt-100), Infrared thermocouple, or pyrometers generating mV or mA signals or from the level/flow/pressure/pH transmitters in the form of (4-20) mA. The input signals from thermocouples and RTD (Pt-100) are software Linearized for 1oC/0.1oC indicating accuracy. It can also be used for other process control applications like pressure control, level control etc. accepting input signals from the respective transmitter or transducers.

HTC-723 / HTC-966 accepts universal input. User can select one of 8 different types of input using back panel DIP switch. This is the added advantage over the fixed type of input.

The controller HTC-723 and HTC-966 has respectively 2 to 4 and 2 to 6 programmable set points. Each can be configured as either High Alarm or Low Alarm or Deviation Alarm or for Off state with programmable ON/OFF hysterisis through user friendly membrane key board. Dual 4 digits display allows simultaneous indications of the process value and the set value. The PID controller series PID-903, PID-912 and PID-913 in 1/8DIN and 1/4DIN cut out sizes, offers both on-off and linear or switching PID control logic and can be used for heating or any process control application with high or low configurable alarm relays. Linear PID control output can be used to control heating power through external Thyristor power regulator or through linear proportional valves in direct or reverse action or same 4-20mA can be used as linearized retransmission output. Description:

Libratherm manufactures Six zone Microcontroller based multiple Ramp / Soak programmable PID / On-Off temperature controller cum profile programmer Model PRC-6000 which is designed to improve reliability, accuracy and control of six independent heating zones. It features Ramp and Soak functions (the capability to control the temperature and its rate of change over a predetermined time span). Single and common pattern of 4 ramp/soak steps – (Fixed pattern of 1st pre-heating ramp, 2nd heating ramp, 3rd soaking and 4th cooling ramp) for all six zones or each of the six zone can be independently programmed and stored in the memory. PRC-6000 can also be used as single set point control when the ramp/soak profile control is not desired. PRC-6000 accepts six K type thermocouples and provides outputs in the form of 6 relay contacts in PID or ON/OFF control mode. An extra relay contact is provided to indicate the thermocouple fault condition.

PRC-6000 offers blue colour graphical LCD screen to display temperature of all six zones simultaneously on a single screen. The programmed and running ramp/soak profile can be easily monitored. The front panel keyboard allows programing of ramp/soak profile, PID values, deviation hold values and viewing of various status parameters for all six zones under control. Through keyboard, user can operate each heating zone either in Auto mode or Manual mode.

To monitor the online temperature profile of the heating system, RS 485 serial communication interface can be optionally provided, the same can be connected to the computer. Libratherm provides the window based software to program the controller and to view the online behavior of the heating cycle in both graphical and tabular format. Extra RS485 port can be provided for Master/Slave programming with single master and maximum 10 slaves.

The specification incorporated serves the every simple and critical process measurement applications of the industry. It accepts input from temperature sensors like thermocouple, RTD (Pt-100), Infrared thermocouple, or pyrometers generating mV or mA signals or from the level/flow/pressure/pH transmitters in the form of (4-20) mA. The input signals from thermocouples and RTD (Pt-100) are software Linearized for 1oC / 0.1oC indicating accuracy. It can also be used for measurement of other process parameter accepting input signals from the process transmitter or transducers with facility to select the decimal point on the display.

HTI-966 accept universal input. User can select one of 8 different types of input using DIP switch accessible to the user. This is the added advantage over the fixed type of input. Digital interface on RS485 lines and analog retransmission, linearized to the input as 4-20mA on RL max of 400 ohms are also available from these indicators.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Libratherm offers six tank liquid level controller model LLC-06, designed to control the liquid level in the six independent tanks. It accepts 4 wire (3 + 1 common) of liquid level sensor in the form of potential free contacts for each tank to detect HI level, MED level and LOW level. Internal electronics circuit monitors the level from the level sensors and displays the status of each using the front panel LEDs. Two sets of 5A @ 230VAC relay contact output is provided for each tank, which can be used to control the Feed pump or the Delivery pump as per the users requirement. The controller operates on 230VAC supply and is available in 1/2 DIN size of 192 x 96 x 200 mm.

LLC-06 finds its application in the industries manufacturing breweries, aerated drinks, fruit juices, pharmaceutical syrups etc... where to prepare final product the different liquids are mixed from the different tanks and maintaining their level is a critical process. The controller featured here can maintain the desired levels of up to six tanks.

HTC-723 (Size: 72 x 72 x 120 mm)/ HTC-966 (Size: 96 x 96 x 120 mm) accepts universal input. User can select one of 8 different types of input using back panel DIP switch. This is the added advantage over the fixed type of input.

The controller HTC-723 and HTC-966 has respectively 2 to 4 and 2 to 6 programmable set points. Each can be configured as either High Alarm or Low Alarm or Deviation Alarm or for Off state with programmable ON/OFF hysterisis through user friendly membrane key board. Dual 4 digits display allows simultaneous indications of the process value and the set value. In addition these models can give two nos. retransmission output of 4-20mA proportional to process value, for remote indication of the process value.
