LIBRATHERM Instruments Pvt Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Indian Company engaged in the manufacturing activity of Electronic Process Control Instruments and systems since 1991. We offer complete solution for accurate temperature measurement and control of electrical heating systems. We also offer systems and solutions for measurement and control of Humidity, Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, speed etc.Our Product Range includes Digital and Microprocessor/Microcontroller based Temperature Indicators / Controllers having different configurations, such as simple ON/OFF, PID, Programmable Ramp / Soak, Multi-loop and Multi zone PID, Data Loggers with Printer and PC interface, Temperature Scanners, etc.We also manufacture Process Indicators / Controllers for pressure, flow, level, pH and ORP controls, SCR Power Controllers (or Thyristor Power Pack), Two-wire Temperature Transmitters, Signal Convertor / Isolator Modules and special purpose Instruments for specific application. At Libratherm, the instruments are designed and developed by highly qualified and experienced team of Engineers with in-house Design and Development facilities for both firmware/ hardware and PC software. All our instruments are manufactured under strict stage wise inspection and intensive testing. Libratherm products are rugged, reliable and field proven for long lasting performance. As on date, we have more than 100,000 instruments to our credit, which are working satisfactory across the globe.

We are specialized in PID and Ramp / Soak Program Controllers (both for single loop and multi loop control applications). These are widely used by heat treatment plants, plastic industries (for extruders and injection moulding machines), HVAC and AHU installations, pollution control industries, petrochemical industries, packaging and pharmaceutical industries, water treatment plants, Research and Defense Institutes, Jewellery manufacturing Industry and many more.

Our Thyristor power packs in SINGLE PHASE / 3PHASE versions designed for heating control applications are field proven and are widely used for electrically heated furnaces, ovens and many other heating systems. We have successfully installed more than 5000 power packs of different ratings and sizes all over the country. Expanding further the applications of thyristor technology, we offer Induction motor soft starters and high voltage / high current single and three phase DC rectifiers.
