MANUAL LOADER OR DIGITAL POTENTIOMETER
This is a microcontroller based manual loader – designed to generate stable and accurate 4-20mA dc or (0-10)VDC analogue signal which can be fed to the 4-20mA/0-10VDC operated load or actuator or motorized valve, I/P converter, VFD etc. The output 4-20mA signal is of 12bit resolution and corresponding display range can be scaled on the digital display of the instrument. The smallest change in the output is 0.01% or 16uA. Both the % output value and corresponding (4-20)mA values are simultaneously displayed on the dual 4 digit red/green LED display.
The serial communication in the form RS485, having MODBUS RTU protocol can also be optionally provided for SCADA or DCS. The protocol, allows configuration of digital ID of each such DCS and monitoring of source and set parameters. Protocol will be provided for such interface. DCS works on 90-240VAC and is protected against industrial RFI/EMI interference by suitable surge suppressors and filter.
