Description of Thyristor based 3 phase Solid State Relay (SSR)
Libratherm offers ready to use 3 phase Zero Cross over thyristor based solid state relay module model SSR-3-ZC-2L and SSR-3S-ZC-3L for electrical heating loads ranging from 3KW to 60KW @ 415/440VAC. This SSR module comprises of Libratherm make triggering card, which generates the zero cross over firing pulses to control suitably rated back to back connected SCRs, which is duly mounted on the heat sink with input terminal for control signal and heavy duty bus bars for heaters and incomer AC power supply. The entire assembly is mounted in MS powder coated enclosure, which in turn can be easily mounted inside the closed control panel as desired.
Complete ready to use control panel with suitable PID / Program temperature controller can also be supplied as per the user''s specifications and requirement.
